U4GM Explains Wolfpack Damage in Arc Raiders Endgame

A Rocketeer turning its launchers toward your squad is the moment Wolfpack earns its slot in an ARC Raiders loadout. I started treating it as a serious reserve weapon after finding ARC Raiders BluePrints worth keeping, because one well-timed throw can create breathing room when regular fire is no longer enough. Wolfpack is an Epic Quick Use grenade that breaks into homing missiles, giving players burst damage without forcing them to stand exposed and track a target through incoming fire.

Save the Payload for Machines That Matter

Wolfpack's value comes from concentration, not casual use. It releases 12 tracking missiles, with reported damage of 166 per missile and a homing range around 100 meters. That sounds excessive against small ARC units, and it is. Throwing one at weak targets may feel satisfying, but it burns materials that are far better spent on a Bastion, Bombardier, Rocketeer, or another durable machine holding a dangerous position. The smart play is to wait until a large target is committed, visible, and unlikely to move behind cover before the missiles reach it.

Movement Is the Real Damage Multiplier

Newer players often treat Wolfpack like a normal explosive and stay nearby to watch the impacts. Don't. Its tracking behavior lets you throw, relocate, reload, and take a safer angle while the missiles do their work. In squads, one player can keep the machine occupied while another throws Wolfpack from a clean line of sight. The rest of the team should then focus fire rather than split attention across smaller threats. That short window is where the grenade produces its best practical DPS: not from its listed numbers alone, but from letting the squad attack while avoiding return fire.

Crafting Turns It Into an Endgame Resource

You can craft Wolfpack at the Explosives Station once its blueprint is unlocked. The recipe uses one Explosive Compound, two ARC Motion Cores, and one Rocketeer Driver, so it isn't something to fill every inventory slot with. Night Raids and high-value residential containers are sensible places to search for the blueprint, though RNG can be rough and extraction matters more than chasing one extra container. Recent adjustments increased the importance of Rocketeer-related parts, while a later fix improved inconsistent damage behavior for Wolfpack and Seeker Grenades. That makes farming tougher ARC encounters part of the long-term loop rather than an optional detour.

For ARC Raiders players building toward harder extractions, Wolfpack works best as planned insurance instead of a panic button. Carry one when your route, mission, or squad plan expects a heavy machine, and leave it behind when you're only gathering basic loot. Players who want to buy ARC Raiders Items can still benefit most by learning target priority, because good timing keeps every missile useful.
